Hoffmantown’s Round Up
Church Family, our annual “Round Up” gives us all a special time to gather and fellowship as a church family! It also provides us with a great opportunity to invite someone we have been praying for and talking to into our Worship Service and Sunday School to hear the “Good News.” Do not forget to wear some of that great Western apparel that you cannot wait to put on and let us have some fun! Come join us and “Be a Bringer” especially on September 10th, into our Worship Service and Sunday School, concluding with a wonderful Picnic of Fellowship and Food starting at 5pm.
This Year’s Picnic (5-7pm, in The Grove, east of Hoffmantown) is featuring:
• Fried chicken
• Kona Ice Truck
• Western Photo Booth… get a picture of your family in the Wild West!
• Live instrumental music
• Minute to Win It Games with Dane
• Our third annual car show
It would be great for those who have vintage / show cars to bring them for the Fall Round-Up Picnic. These cars were a real treat for all to see last year, so come join in the fun this year and bring your nice ride. If interested, please let us know at equip@hoffmantown.org so that we can plan accordingly. Bring your vintage cars to the east gate of Hoffmantown’s parking lot and follow the signs!
What to bring:
• Blanket and lawn chairs if you would like (we will have tables set up)
• Games to play
• A potluck dish to share!
Hoffmantown Fall Annual Church Meeting September 24th
The Fall Annual Church Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 24th at 3pm in the Worship Center. Childcare will be available for birth-4th grade. If you need childcare for the Annual Meeting, please register no later than Friday, September 22nd at hoffmantownchurch.org/events/congregational-meeting/.

Hoffmantown Church Part-Time Positions Available
Hoffmantown Church has part-time positions available. Applicant should be an active member of Hoffmantown Church, sense a calling to Christian service and be able to work in various contexts.
Administrative Assistant
Church Family, Adult Family Ministry (AFM) is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. This position has the honor and the blessing to serve the following ministries Men, Women, MOCHA, and Senior Ambassadors. If so led, please pick up an application at the Reception Desk, during any weekday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. We are looking for the person who loves the Lord, and loves serving others. Mid-Week Worship Service
Join us Wednesdays, from 6:30-8pm, for our Student Ministry Mid-Week Worship Service in Building E! This is an awesome time of student-led worship, preaching, and hanging out. Can’t wait to see our Hoffmantown Students there and don’t be afraid to bring a friend! And remember, Student Sunday School happens every Sunday in Building E at 11am!

Calling all volunteers to step up and make this event unforgettable. There’s a place for everyone to serve, whether you’d like to: Hand out candy 🍬 Run a game 🎯 Pass out delicious food 🍔 Greet folks with a warm smile 😊 And more! Round Up is This Week, September 10th!
Wear your cowboy hat from last year and join us for barrel races, a scavenger hunt, and a build-your-own trail mix! Happening during Sunday School this Sunday, September 10th.
Multi-Gen Worship Choir on September 24th
Join us for this fun and exciting service where kids, students, and their parents are invited to join the Worship Choir on the platform. If you are interested in being a part, please visit hoffmantownchurch.org/multigen to view and listen to the music for the service. There will be only one rehearsal at 8:30am before the 9:30am service that day. See you there!
Praise Packs
Pick up a coloring sheet and a sermon notes page along with crayons at the green table by the Reception Desk. Fill it out, put your name on it, and turn it back in. A fun prize may come your way!
Kids Ministry Volunteer Training
