Appreciation Gathering for Ms. Staci CANCELLED!
It is with deep regret that we inform you that the appreciation gathering for Staci Spencer-Roth, on Friday July 8, has been cancelled. Due to a medical emergency with her youngest daughter Morgan, Staci has returned to Houston sooner than anticipated to coordinate testing and treatment. She leaves her deepest love and gratitude for her Hoffmantown family and for the time she has spent here. North Parking Lot ResurfacingWe will be resurfacing and restriping the North parking lot of the church, the lot in front of the receptionist doors, the week of July 11-15. Access to the available parking will be either in the East Lot, closest to the Tanoan Gate or the West Lot in front of Building E. Thanks for your understanding as we do this much-needed maintenance to our most used parking lot.

Hiatus in Operation of the HC HIS Store
Just a reminder that we are taking a hiatus in service through the HIS Store and are no longer needing food for the food pantry. We are monitoring things to evaluate if the food pantry needs to be restarted or not. During this hiatus time-frame, we are continuing to support people in food crisis looking for support through the Pastor-on-Call and benevolence programs. Thank you for your faithful generosity to this ministry.
Next Steps Class July 24
Please come join us for our Next Steps class, coming up on July 24. Next Steps is a one-session look at Hoffmantown’s history, doctrine, philosophy of ministry, and the membership process. Lunch and materials will be provided, and family members are welcome! Pastors and elders will be in attendance and would love to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have. Part-Time
Administrative Assistant: Hoffmantown Adult Family Ministry is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. Legacy, Men’s, and Women’s Ministries are included in AFM. Audio/Visual Assistant:

ADULT FAMILY MINISTRIES
Men’s Retreat at Inlow – DATE CHANGED!
All men of Hoffmantown Church and guests are cordially invited to join us at Inlow Baptist Camp, from August 25-27, for a time of fun, fellowship, worship, and learning for all who attend. The cost of this event is $60. The activities will begin at 6pm, Thursday, the 25 of August, and conclude at noon on Saturday, the 27 of August. We pray that each of you will want to be a part of this experience. Our desire is for a one-on-one spiritual encounter with our Lord that will give us a greater understanding of His purpose and plan for each of us. The Bling Show Donation Box
The Bling Show is still accepting donations for their show to be held October 14 and 15. The Bling Show benefits Shine Partnership, a ministry that creates partnerships between churches and local public schools. Donations include jewelry, scarves, purses, hats and accessories. There is a box at the Receptionist Desk where your donations can be left. There are donation slips in the box for tax purposes if needed. The Rock at Noon Day Work Week
Hoffmantown Church (you) are partnering with like-minded, Christ-centered local ministries to service our community and show the love of Christ to others with our time, talent, and treasure. The Mission Council is organizing a great and meaningful opportunity for you to come alongside The Rock at Noon Day July 17-24. Noon Day will close for a week (Sunday to Sunday) for maintenance activities like indoor painting, outdoor parking lot painting, leaky faucet repair, floor cleaning/resurfacing, etc. Noon Day would greatly benefit from volunteers with skills with plumbing! Please prayerfully consider offering your time for any or all days during this work period. You will be blessed. You can also provide your time and food items by providing lunch for the volunteers. KIDS MINISTRY
Wacky Water Day July 30
Hoffmantown Kids Ministry invites you and your family to Wacky Water Day Saturday, July 30, from 2-4pm on our Mission Field. Come join the water fun with water inflatable slides, water balloons, kiddie pools, and water blasters! Bring your own towel, chair and snacks! Register at hoffmantownchurch.org/events.
