The book of Malachi stands at the end of the Old Testament. It is a series of hard answers from God to the questions His people were asking. Often, we want simplistic answers to simplistic questions, but God is not interested in flippant, halfhearted religion. He sees His people’s doubts, questions, and apathy. Malachi is extremely relevant for the church today. Topics such as God’s love and judgment, proper worship, relationships, moral issues, tithing/sacrificially giving, and more, are found in the book. Malachi challenges us in our faith and relationship with God, as well as giving us hard answers to easy questions. Malachi does not pull punches when revealing God’s direction to covenant people. Let’s go on the journey together, starting April 16.Next Steps Class April 23
