Multi-Generational Worship Choir November 19
Join us for this Thanksgiving themed service where kids, students and adults from every generation are invited to join the Worship Choir on the platform. If you are interested in being a part, please visit hoffmantownchurch.org/multigen to view and listen to the music for the service. There will be only one rehearsal at 8:30am before the 9:30am service that day. See you there!
Hoffmantown Church Budget Q&A session November 19
The Hoffmantown Church new fiscal year begins January 1, 2024. The in-person budget vote this year will be Sunday, December 3. We are holding a special Budget Q&A session on November 19 prior to the voting. This Q&A session will be at 12:30pm on November 19 in room B100. Please plan to attend if you have any questions about the budget, budgeting process, and voting process. Handouts will be available.
The Miracle of Christmas December 8 and 9
As you’re making plans for your holiday season, make sure to save the date for “The Miracle of Christmas” featuring our Worship Choir, Orchestra and Kids Choir, on December 8 and 9 at 6:30pm. The 7th Annual Nativity Gallery will be on display in the Fellowship Mall before and after our Christmas performances. This display will open at 6pm, and refreshments will be provided! Please join us November 15-17, from 9am-8pm, and November 18 from 9am-3pm to help decorate the church. Help us Deck the Halls for Christmas at Hoffmantown. Please sign up in your Sunday School Class or call Debra Byrd at 505-301-1398 if you are able to help with decorating or could bring soup, sandwiches or snacks for the group.

Kids Ministry Administrative Assistant
Are you passionate about making a lifelong impact on children’s lives? Do you have strong organizational skills and a heart for serving others? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Kids Ministry Administrative Assistant! This position is a direct report and support of the Kids Director and works hard alongside the Kids Ministry team to make each event, meeting, and task successful. If you’re ready to be a difference-maker, fill out an application form, and submit a resume to Caitlin Craft at CaitlinC@hoffmantown.org.

MISSIONS
Shine Food Drive
Our Shine team is putting on a food drive for our Shine partner school Arroyo del Oso. They’re asking for non-perishable items, and there is a box at the reception desk for donations. These donations will be going to families in need at this school for the holiday season. The deadline to donate is November 16.

Hoffmantown Student Ministry Update
Hey Hoffmantown family, we had a great student conference called “Disciple Day 2023” last Saturday, November 4! Our theme for Disciple Day 2023 was “Death to Life.” Students were encouraged to turn to Christ for the first time and equipped to share the gospel with their lost friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you for your continued prayers for Hoffmantown students and the beautiful task set before them to make disciples! –Pastor Dane

Our Kid Min Team is so thankful and blessed for the Hoffmantown Family in the support and help with Fall Festival. We had 150 volunteers, 1200+ Attendees and most importantly 🎉 multiple people prayed to receive Christ! 🎉 The time, effort and donations all played a great role in bringing folks from death to life at Fall Fest. Praise God for His work, Praise God for His gift of life, Praise God for working in Hoffmantown Church – we love you church family!

AWANA is looking for some awesome adults who would be willing to invest in the next

Kids Bible Story Hour
1st and 3rd Fridays, 10:30-11:30am, at Cherry Hills Library– November 17, and December 1.
This Story Book Hour will be most beneficial for kids ages Preschool through 2nd grade.
