BIBLICAL GUIDANCE AND DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRY
Care Groups
Life doesn’t always work out as planned. Hurts happen. Hang-ups surface. God cares. Hoffmantown’s CARE Groups provide a safe place for you to heal, gain Biblical perspective, and grow in your relationship with Christ, yourself, and others who are on the journey. Hoffmantown’s Care Groups address a wide variety of issues including addiction, marital difficulties, divorce, grief, spiritual bondage, sexual abuse, parenting issues, and issues related to the care of a family member suffering from a disability. For more information, please call the Care Ministry Office at 858-8650 or write us at biblicalguidance@hoffmantown.org.
Biblical Guidance and Discipleship—Individual Appointments
God never intended for us to go through life alone. We need God. We need others. If you are going through a difficult time, we have Pastors and other trained encouragers who can help provide spiritual support, encouragement, and Biblical guidance for your unique life situation. For more information, please call the Care Ministry Office at 858-8650 or write us at biblicalguidance@hoffmantown.org.
EVANGELISM MINISTRY
Salvation and Baptism
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, (John 1:12, NASB95). Do you know what it means to receive Christ and to follow Him in baptism? Pastor Dave Eustis would love to visit with you and share what the word of God teaches. Call his assistant Kathy Tesch at 858-8650 to set aside some time to visit together.
Reaching Out to our Community with the Gospel
Jesus commanded us to go into all the world and make disciples. All of us live within the vicinity of someone who does not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. If you would like to learn how you can be a part of a team that is burdened for the lost in our surrounding neighborhoods, Pastor Dave Eustis would love to visit with you. To make an appointment, contact his assistant Kathy Tesch at 858-8650.
CHAPLAIN MINISTRY
Our Chaplain is overseer of a very comprehensive ministry that cares for the physical and spiritual welfare of Hoffmantown Church and our community. The Chaplain is in contact with folks literally from the cradle to the grave through pastoral visits to hospitals, care facilities and homes. Bereavement is a major emphasis as the Chaplain coordinates and conducts funerals for our fellowship and their families. Our Chaplain, Pastor Moore, is a graduate of Texas Christian University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Anita, bring over 45 years experience in the pastorate. To learn more about the Chaplain Ministry or perhaps how you can be involved as a volunteer minister, contact the Chaplain at 858-8612, 858-8679, or the Chaplain’s Administrative Assistant, Kathy Tesch at 858-8650. Our Chaplain is on call 24 hours a day at 350-1287.
